- Always trim the wick to 1/8 to 1/4 inch before every burn to prevent high flames.

- Allow the candle to melt to the edge of the vessel to prevent future tunneling.

- If the candle begins to smoke, extinguish it and trim the wick before relighting.

- Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 4 hours.

- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, at least 3 feet away from flammable objects.

- Never leave a burning candle unattended.

- Keep out of reach of pets and children.

- Keep the wax pool free of debris.

This candle contains NONE of the following:

- Carcinogens: These substances are recognized or suspected as cancer-causing, encompassing those listed under Prop. 65. If a chemical is deemed carcinogenic in California, it is still cancerous everywhere else. Numerous commercial candles incorporate these compounds in some form or another.

- Phthalates: These are a class of industrial chemicals primarily used as plasticizers to impart flexibility and durability to plastics. They are concerning due to their potential adverse effects on human health, including disruption of hormone systems and links to reproductive and developmental abnormalities.

- Parabens are synthetic preservatives used in cosmetics and food to prevent bacterial growth. They mimic estrogen, raising concerns about hormone disruption and potential health risks like breast cancer.

- Lead: This is a toxic heavy metal harmful to human health, known for causing neurological and developmental issues, particularly in children. Our lead-free wicks ensure safer burning, minimizing exposure risks associated with lead contamination.

- Animal Testing: At Enchanted Moon Candle Co, we are committed to ensuring our products are completely cruelty-free. We firmly oppose animal testing in any form, as it contradicts our values of ethical responsibility and compassion. It is imperative to us that our customers can enjoy our offerings with the assurance that no animals were harmed in the process of crafting our products.
